Went to this restaurant because of the good reviews here.Location: not very nice. Not the reason you eat here. Service: 15 min before we could order even the drinks (we had a starving 4 year old with us). The waitress was nice and service minded though.Starter: the langoustines (Jomfruhummerhaler) was overcocked and just mushy and not very tasty. The shrimp cocktail was NOT made of fresh shrimps it was the kind you buy in a jar..! Maybe I'm spoiled from Gothenburg but the place brags about being a fish dealer as well...Main course: fish of the day was nice and well done. The fish frikadells was also nice. Something you would expect on a place like this, nothing more.Childrens course: fish frikadells with french fries. We got fried fish but they came out with a frikadell and the starving kid could keep the fried fish.House wine: white and rose, ok wine for a ok price.Overall: we had bigger hopes for this place. We choosed it entirley because we thought the seafood would be something extra. The cost landed on about 125 EUR which is not cheap. Its worth a weak 3 but since everybody else has overrated it I just feel its right to downrate it a bit.

If you happen to go to Aalborg or AAhurus, do not be lazy and push yourselves to Blockhus. Here you will find a real treasure. A beach still quite natural that overlooks Norway. A place to discover. Here you will find a restaurant that stands on a small hill: Sottovento. Here you will find some wonderful people ready to welcome you like a big family. It seems that time stands still in this place and that everything has more importance. The food is fabulous and there is so much choice really. The atmosphere is serene and romantic, cozy and clean. The owners are really people and the way they stop willingly give away a piece of their beautiful Italy. We gladly go back whenever we can, even in winter. The pizza is very good, but everything else. We never tire of trying new dishes.We recommend it to all, both couples and families as well as groups of friends, parties, events ... is really suitable for everyone. In winter it's really impressive. We advise you to book if you are in a group.

Good selection with various fish, schrimp, heering, craw fish and crab legs. Does also have beef and various other items as Chicken nuggets. For desserts a chocolate fontaine with Strawberries and marshmellows.
