What happy experience it is to dine at this restaurant. You always get welcomed with a friendly and happy face. We visited on a Tuesday evening when they were reasonably busy, and we requested a specific table. After a couple of minutes wait, we were seated at our table.For drinks we ordered a jug of Sangria to share between the four of us. It was delicious.For mains we ordered three thin based Panarotti Special pizzas, and my wife ordered the Al Capone pizza.We waited less than 30 minutes and our pizzas arrived. They looked and smelled so delicious...packed with toppings. After âdressingâ our pizzas with the three complimentary condiments of chillie, garlic and Parmesan cheese, we tucked in. The only sound I could hear was âYum...Yum...Yum...Yumâ, exceptionally delicious pizzas...the best in town.As usual, the managers Stephanie did her table visits...it is excellent to see this lovely interaction she has with her customers. Added to this the restaurant is always sparkling clean.I believe that Panarottis is currently the best restaurant in Richards Bay that is consistently delivering delicious food, good service and supported by excellent management interaction. Welcome reception. Clean & neat restaurant. Floor manager & owner made sure we were looked after. Food was absolutely delicious. Waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. Didn't have to wait for drinks, starters or mains. Bar area was lively and the music gives the restaurant a lively vibe.Overall experience was very good. Well done Donald & Team

For me the pizzas at Dominos are the best in town. That delicious thick and fluffy base coated in flavored salt with cheesy toppings is lip smacking but their service is horrendous. They mix up orders, deliver to wrong addresses, always getting lost - this is a real shame.
