Food is fairly good, atmosphere is great. The food quality and quantity is alright for the price. $17.00 for three small enchiladas is more than I would pay normally. Salsa was good to me, but if you don't like onions, you won't like it.

This is tucked away in Fishkill in a strip mall (Don't let that discourage you). The inside does it's best to make you feel you are not in a strip mall. The food is great and is fresh. The Menu has something for everybody. The staff is great and at least the ones I encountered were bilingual. This is authentic Mexican restaurant tucked away in Fishkill.

This is the newest location of Chipotle close to our regular shopping area. We checked them out last weekend and enjoyed a nice healthy meal with family. Food quality and ambience were of a typical Chipotle but what I think would make this location successful is their huge portions and friendly staff. Overall a decent place to enjoy standard Chipotle meal.
