Matsu Sushi

This is a local lunch place, with good sushi and even better 'Swedish-style' bibimbap. Their spicy sauce is fantastic. However, skip the watery miso soup and the oily cabbage salad that is included. I haven't had the sushi here, but it is my mom's favorite sushi place (she only gets the shrimp and salmon though). It is always a busy place at lunch, and worth the price.

Sushi was OK. .. Rice slightly too warm and too well-cooked and the staff didn't understand much Swedish. Not even 'bowl' for the miso or 'red' for the colour of the top of the bottle of water I chose! English would probably have been better ....Not really a cosy or smart place... but the prices were under the average.. so I suppose we were reasonably happy, all in all.
