Had lunch here recently with a friend. We both had something from lunch menu â¬8.90 bap and some salad leaves which was very nice. Unfortunately our decision to have two extra salads took the enjoyment out of the lunch as the charge for these was â¬8.30, â¬4.15 each which I feel is way too expensive. I did have to ask a couple of times when paying as I thought they had made a mistake.

It's a very small, simple place, with a few seats. It was empty when I arrived lunch time. The menu is simple and inexpensive which includes soups, sandwiches, wraps&salad, grill, vegetarian. Had a Beef Stroganoff which is classicRussian dish, with rice.Beef Sroganoff can be servedwith nearly anything. I had that food years ago in East Europe and it was very delicious.I got my food and it was tasty, the beef were tender in an cream and sour cream, mushrooms gravy,/ too much sauce added/, but I had better before...Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were told to stop by Mary's Bar by our B&B owner. We walked into a small, charming bar with 6-7 locals having drinks and chatting with Katherine, the barmaid. We were quickly welcomed by Katherine and all the locals, ordered 2 Guinness and subsequently chatted the night away. Terry, Michael, John, and Katherine were all gracious in helping us plan out the rest of our time in Ireland, which was extremely helpful. This bar is small, easy to miss, but is full of character. I highly recommend stopping by and having a cold, refreshing Guinness with Katherine and her loyal customers.
