We made reservations for dinner our last night in Vieques and glad we did! This was probably the BEST meal we had on Vieques. Too bad we didnât check earlier during our stay and found it only open the night before we were leaving, because we would have eaten there again! Great ambience, we sat on the covered porch. Service was excellent, the spicy margarita superb, appetizers were delicious (especially the chorizo queso with homemade chips) and the carnitas and shrimp tacos melted in your mouth. I had the cheesecake with mango and it was amazing with just the tiniest hint of heat. The hot sauces were delicious, we tried 4 of them increasing in heat. YUM, YUM, YUM!! The owner/chef came out to each table to check on each guest. The prices were so reasonable for the quality of the meal and service! Excellent all around!!

Tried Biekes for lunch and I tried the mofongo based on others reviews but found the mofongo to be just so-so. It was good but not great or the best. The pork steak however was TO DIE FOR perfectly seasoned and tender and juicy.
