There was little by way not vegetarian food and vegetables in general; I contented myself with the fish which was average. The restaurant is a popular hangout so crowded and noisy but with booths and a very full menu. I was neither impressed nor unimpressed. Service, however, was very good.

We were immediately greeted and seated. Drink order was taken immediately. Salads were cold, crispy, fresh and flavorful. Entrees were delivered hot and nicely presented. Drinks are never allowed to get empty. The food was as ordered. Outside seating is available. The street speed limit is 40 mph and traffic is loud as it is only 25 feet from the street to table. Gluten free menu is extensive and includes many of the main menu items with the bread or Croutons excluded.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for five days, and we ate at the Daily Grill for breakfast every day, lunch a couple of days, happy hour daily, and dinner three days. The food was FAR above that found in most hotel restaurants. The Hyatt breakfast cannot be beat--two eggs any style, toast butter and jams, bacon or link sausage, a choice of potatoes, fruit, or sliced tomatoes, and coffee, all for a low price. The bacon is thick and tasty--the best I've ever had. And they also serve several other choices of breakfasts.Their hamburger is outstanding, and the various sandwiches, soups, and salads are great. Appetizers such as the "pop corn" shrimp and the ahi tuna are filling and delicious--can easily suffice for lunch. Don't be misled by the term "pop corn"--these are what in most cases would be called small shrimp, deep fried and crisp with a tasty sauce. We had expected to want to go out and eat elsewhere, but we did that only once, and we had a shuttle at our beck and call! The prices are reasonable, although the alcohol can add up quickly, but is no more than at any other nice hotel.I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant! The view to the outside, or on the balcony, is a beautifully kept park with statues, a water feature, and carefully tended plants and flowers. The servers are friendly, helpful, and soon became like friends. You will not regret frequenting this grill!
