We had dinner here with a group of 6 and everybody was surprised about the quality and the taste of the food!! The service our group got was amazing, couldn't be better. The wine suggestion from our waiter was also fantastic and it was just 20 euros per bottle! Next time one of us will visit Dusseldorf we will definitely be back. One tip, make a reservation we did it as well and as we entered it didnt seem necessary but after one hour the restaurant was completely full (also with a lot of Asians, so it must be good!!).

This was not the first time at Casa Rosario. It is one of the Restaurants that is not that well known but is an excellent spot for a business dinner or a romantic dinner. Either way, it's a great choice. Today I took my 90 year old parents and my daughter to dinner. Even so, that the restaurant is on one of the main roads of Meerbusch-Buederich it has a delightful outdoor area to have dinner. Their indoor space is well decorated too. They have parking on property and, if full, you can park on one of the side streets adjacent to the restaurant. The restaurant is located right next to one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Dusseldorf or really in Germany. To have a successful restaurant in this area is an achievement in itself. The place is not cheap but the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food provided. As for any restaurant, the food is the measure of all things.It is excellent! Their menu is very diverse and all the ingredients are fresh and seasonal. A verity of fish and meats as well as fresh vegetables can be found. The chef is flexible and will make you whatever fresh ingredients they have. Even if it is not on the menu.They have a standard menu as well as a daily menu and a fixed price menu. A good wine list as well as a selection of wines by the glass finish off the impression of a well run and perfect restaurant. If you select meats, fish or pasta dishes you will be satisfied. The meal can be started with a great selection of alcoholic or non alcoholic apéritifs and finished with digestives of the same or better quality. I strongly suggest their Muscato grappa that the owner of the restaurant imports directly from Italy. I will be back Tomorrow with my son before I have to go back to Asheville, NC. This place is also known as a foodies Hot-Spot. If you are in the Dusseldorf area, you don't have to fight the crowds, especially during the international trade shows. You can dine at the outskirts of town and still have a phantasmic meal.One more thing: The restaurant is located at the lower level at the Rhine Hotel. A Lindner hotel.Lieber Sven! Had a reservation for an anniversary celebration, had it booked for 3 weeks, arrived and it was closed! A rubbish note on a locked door saying closed for technical issues. I understand these things happen but the restuarant had all our contact details and they could have let us know prior to us wasting our time making our way there. Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstanden Unannehmlichkeiten im Bezug auf den technischen Defekt des Rheinturms. Da wir leider nicht alle eingebuchten Gäste erreichen konnten, haben wir Hinweise auf die SchlieÃung an der Eingangstür und an der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz vorgenommen.
