The new owners are continueing the wining formula of bistro atmosphere and French menusThere is a pre theatre menu sunday -Friday at 18 pounds 5 -6.30and 500 mls of beer by the bottle as well as wine by the glass for driversSpecials on the black board are market fish,local trout and pigs cheeks.The regular menu has tartaflate.salad paysanne,moules,galettes etc.Wines are reasonable service friendly and efficient toilets downstairs and limited parking (paid daytime) outside Our bill was 50 quid for two courses including drinks

We booked here for dinner via their website which was simple and straightforward. Very popular so we couldn't dine until 9pm. The welcome was good and I really loved the decor and lighting. We ordered wine by the glass which was excellent. My partners vegetarian selections and my meaty ones were all wonderful. The food is fresh, simple and well presented. It ticked all of the boxes for us. We would thoroughly recommend dining here.
