They have the most amazing array of goods. Those hard to find ingredients not found at any big box store. They also have Liverwurst to sell by the pound which is super hard to find in Farmville.

This Express Chick-fil-A used to be fantastic! And then, they remodeled it and hired new staff. And I have yet to be impressed with any of them. Regardless of the line length, only one person is working the register even though there are several "hanging out" by the milkshake machine or putting food on trays (it takes three people to put fries and a sandwich on a tray?!). And customer service is non-existent. I was in this morning and Monday evening and was barely greeted with more than a grunt, even though the manager was seated at a nearby table doing paperwork. If the employees don't even try to "fake" a good attitude in front of the manager then you know that they really just do not care. And, the service is slow. I would almost use the word "slovenly" to describe the pace or motivation of the front line staff to describe their job performance. The food is fine, but honestly, the service is the absolute worst of any fast food place in Farmville. And, it used to be the best until this remodel. It was a fantastic place! Now, it's surly, rude, and slow. And not the type of Chick-fil-A experience that is the norm. At all.

The good thing about going to McDonalds is, no matter where you go, you pretty much know what you're going to get. Breakfast isn't bad, with Egg McMuffins and the two oatmeal choices being at least reasonably healthy. McDonalds in Farmville has decent food. But the service is absolutely pitiful.During a recent visit, while waiting over 15 minutes in line, I counted no less than 12 employees working behind the counter and in the back. There was a huge amount of motion, with people running here and there. But very little food was going across the counter per minute. I don't know what's wrong at this restaurant, but something definitely is wrong.
