Late Sunday lunch; Spouse had Regular burger, I had patty melt. If you don't tell them otherwise, you get the half-pound version, which is more than we usually eat. On LEAVING, we notice kids and seniors menu with 1/4 lb. meat. Would have been better. Burgers are just grilled patties, and not particularly well-seasoned. Kind of ho-hum. Homestyle fries were good, tho' spouse doesn't like to see the "peel." Neff's sauce (basically a pretty darn good remoulade) was just the right spice for burger/fries. Would work well on the chicken, I think. We'll probably go back, order the kid's/senior burger (more appropriately priced for what we eat.) They serve beer and usual soft drinks and tea. Service was typical fast food. (Order, give your name and in about ten minutes they bring it to you.)

This subway is located in a gas station/convenient store. You can get your Subway sandwich to go since there's no place to sit. It has your typical Subway choices.
3. Taco Casa

Went for late lunch/snack. First impression, since we often go to the Taco Bell nearby and order enchirito for about $2.25 was that this location might be a bit high for their version of the same thing. (3.79, I think) Actually, Taco Casa serving is quite a bit larger and meatier. Taco Casa is brand new, apparently associated with Maverick Truck Stop and New Maverick Grill on premises long standing vacant. Not real authentic Mexican, but pretty good for a snack or quick lunch. Will go back.
