My wife and I were in northern Virginia over the Thanksgiving weekend visiting our daughter. We spent the day at the African American Museum of History and Culture and we decided to grab a sandwich before heading for home. This was my first experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. It is a small shop with tables for in-house dining. It was clean and bright the day we visited. The shop offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soup. It also serves breakfast sandwiches, shakes, smoothies, and baked goods. The staff was very friendly. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. My wife and daughter ordered the Italian and Roast Beef sandwiches respectively. We also bought chips, drinks, and sugar cookies. My sandwich was appetizing but about on par with other sandwiches from similar type shops. There were only three patrons in the shop when we arrived so we received our orders quickly. You can save time on take-out orders by ordering online. Potbellyâs does catering and it delivers Monday through Friday between 11am and 2pm. Overall, our visit to Potbelly was pleasant. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food appealing, and the price was certainly affordable. I would definitely go back again.

Excellent - this place serves classic vanilla frozen custard that tastes like it did years ago - and the peanut butter flavor is so very good. Don't miss this sweet treat. We go here often.

I work in the area so I frequent this Jersey Mikes for a quick, delicious lunch. The servers are friendly & pack your sub with lots of yumminess for the money. Best sub in the area!
