We have eaten here many times over the last few years and we just keep coming back for more. Fresh local produce cooked simply with the minimum of fuss and always served with a smile. The starter of the house just keeps coming, be careful not to over order. Then the meaty mains, thick Succulent steaks, mixed pork grill and don't miss the chicken, it's not on the menu but just ask. Local wine in jug all alfresco in busy buzzing atmosphere.

Metaponto Lido on a weekday afternoon in May is a fairly abandoned place. Luckily we found this trattoria with its outdoor seating, where the lunch menu was limited but good. They offered a few pizzas, pastas, and fish dishes. We opted for the pastas, way better than expected. I must confess that we got a kick out of watching two local policemen eating at an adjacent table--plenty of cigarettes, wine, and no one was in a hurry! As I said, this is a sleepy area off-season.thanks a lot, i m very glad to you. see you soon as possiible!

It may have taken a while to get to my mouth, but I've found the best "House Punch" on the planet.As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting, a delightful marriage of antique cut stones and the luxuries of modernity. Sitting in any table you have a wonderful view. The poolside bars may be for the younger souls whoâd like to spend the night partying, but is also great for those interested in snapping jealousy-inducing pictures to share!All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. The chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. The restaurant also caters for all tastes by providing a large selection of the best Italians wines, which are pricy but worth sampling. Domenico is always around willing to exchange some kind words with all his clients, the welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced.I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours.
