As we were leaving Tillmook; we saw this little diner. We did a quick decision and stopped for lunch. The staff was very friendly and Alice herself cooked. Food was fantastic. I had the corned beef Ruben. It was out of this world great. It is a must stop.

This is a 50's themed diner. You know the type - old road signs, checkered floor, waitresses in poodle skirts. The food was good - hamburgers, grilled cheese, and ice cream. They make amazing milkshakes, or you can get a dish or cone of Tillamook Ice Cream. Good food, good service, OK prices.

Almost hidden anyway, the place looked tacked onto the grocery store and off the main drag. Also small, probably 15-20 seats max. Well worth your effort to find, everything looks fresh and homemade, the pancakes were huge and the sourdough breakfast sandwich was top notch and clearly made with a hand formed sausage patty not some premade patty. If you need a good start to the day this is it.
