Find out what Diner restaurants to try in St. Moritz. Although originally known as a summer destination, when the first snowflakes land in St. Moritz, so do the international scenesters, bundled up in the latest "Must Have" accessories. During winter, catch a ride on the Glacier Express from Zermatt to arrive in style. Cable cars ascend to three nearby mountaintops. Hundreds of miles of ski trails and a frozen lake comprise the area's most popular sports venues. Follow the Romans example and try one of the city's mineral springs, such as St. Moritz Bader.

We ate here twice. My husband had the wiener schnitzel both times. I had chicken saltimbucco and "meat loaf". All were excellent. We asked for a couple side dish substitutions and they were happy to comply. The sides of local vegetables were great. This is definitely a good choice for dinner. The service was excellent.

We walked from our hotel to this deli shop that had a variety of breads, pastries and a variety of cheeses and freshly made sandwiches, they have a variety of drinks and coffees and will make sandwiches to order although rather pricy! Not overly friendly but will accommodate you for special orders. We opted to have a ham and cheese sandwich freshly made vs pick one out of case. We were able to choose our own bread. Ask to have your sandwich warmed up as our friends did! There are a variety of tempting pastries, tarts etc to choose from. Cost for 2 small sandwiches with a large water was $23 CHF
