This place was target of our trip to HodonÃn. My friends arranging reservation told me it is quite a problem to get it over phone. They decided to make it personally on Saturday's evening for Sunday's lunch and have been told it's matter of luck as there is one unconfirmed reservation. Next day our stomachs felt pure luck of Tyrol cuisine. Everyone ordered different meal which went round in order that everybody tastes several pieces of another kind of this God's food. My recommendation is Fried mountain cheese w special dip and their Radler for drink. A notable fact was the cook had all the orders prepared in short time! Then he came and looked on us if we are satisfied drinking his beer and enjoys his masterpiece art reflected in our faces. You should definitely visit this place! Don't let yourself discouraged by unsuccessful attempts of making reservation: it's the price for those who deserves eat there. :-)
Without a hint from locals,we'd have probably missed this restaurant (it has a front door a bit hidden in a facade of a building, but it's opposite the bus station so that helps).During our (me&GF) visit ,it was quiet (a lot of people in the back - outside),so it was private. It looks very nice,spacious,comfortable...a the best part : FOOD...I nearly ate the plate on which it's been served...a piece of heaven on a plate!...no more to say

We visited this amazing place two-time and I hope that it will be our tradition for next years. The hotel Beatrice is really nice - rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable. Staff is really nice! People in this village are very kind. Breakfast - everything what you want, very good are soups (after party nights) :) Their wine cellar is also nice. It has not the reall Moravian atmosphere - it´s bigger and for many guests (I recommend to visit small private cellars in this village), but they serve out really tasty Moravian food. The hotel Beatrice has also swimming pool - you can swim and eat apricots from trees :) I liked vineyards everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here.Thank you for your comment, we are happy that you were happy in our wine cellars :)
