The White House Diner is open every Friday night for gourmet dining. It is fantastic. The chef is excellent and the staff wonderful. The diner can only serve approximately 40 people per setting so the quality is excellent. The chef is really gourmet. Every Friday the specials are different and great. Must have a reservation. We dine here all the time.

Sat on the second floor deck. Beautiful evening for it. Shrimp cocktail very standard and reasonably priced but shrimp are very small. Steamers are good and a better choice. Suprisingly limited beer selection. Dinner side salad large and fresh! The broccoli that came with dinner was done perfectly. The Delmonico steak was very good and seasoned well but I don't think I've ever had one so thin. The string beans were a bit too al dente. The shrimp scampi could have used a bit more garlic. The portions are generous. The service was fine. Grilled salmon would be a great addition to the menu. All in all a satisfying experience. We'll be back.

Great little place. Hometown bar where everyone knows each other. Fantastic atmosphere. Cold beer. Food selection is great. My party had the quesadillas, fried fish basket, linguini with clam sauce, burgers, and taco salad. Everything was great. Very clean establishment. Visited twice during our stay. Annie and Anistasia were both great waitresses. Remembered what we liked to drink, and that we liked like in our beer. Overall great place. Will come back again.
