Ich war zum Frühstücksbuffet eingeladen. Das Ambiente des kleinen Restaurants ist stimmig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und es bestand eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Aufschnitt, kleinen Köstlichkeiten wie Antipasti, kleinen Salaten, Desserts, Kuchen, dazu gab es Müsli und Joghurt sowie gekochte Eier und Rührei. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Für volle fünf Punkte hätten bessere Brötchen dabei sein müssen, da es sich zumindest bei den Körnerbrötchen (die anderen habe ich nicht probiert) um Aufbackware handelte.

We were with family in Rheda-Wiedenbruck, and were keen on a bite to eat.Emshaus is a little drive from the center of the city, but entirely worth it.Service is outstanding, and in English if German is not your chosen language. You can choose to sit inside, but they have a lovely view from their terrace in the summer.Food is excellent - our party had the duck and fish respectively. Both were superbly presented and each mouthful a morsel of delight.

There is a cake here to suit many tastes, and one is easily tempted. The cafe is not too large but there is usually always a space. Does specialty teas and my mate really likes their hot chocolate - not for teenages, you don't catch them here because it is not full of trendy decor or special lighting. The cafe is comtable enough, more old fashioned in style than modern, but you come here for the goodies and the competent service.
