We have eaten here serveral times and must say that food and service is really good. The place was once a bar called Casa del Popolo from the 1950's on ("the house of the people") and has been trasformed into a very nice restaurant and pub. The food is quite casual from burgers to steaks, but you can also order a half kilo of pasta to share with friends.Excellet food and price, wines are local and good and beer is also a must to try.Remember to reserve in advance for Friday and Saturday nights as they always full.

Again we were in Domdossola visiting friends and decided to go back to this quaint restaurant, as we enjoyed it so much last year.As we weren't sure of the location, our friend took us there and recommended two of the piadini. We sat inside and decided to have our friend's choice- one with Ham & Squacquerone cheese, and the other with the addition of Rocket. To accompany these we had a couple of Coca Colas. The food was very good, and we didn't require anything else afterwards. It is certainly a quaint unusual place and setting. Hopefully we'll won't lose our way from the station!Thanks, we look forward to seeing you soon !!
