Bangkok Pad Thai

Pretty decent place. Service was a little slow but everyone was very nice. Food was good. I would suggest going a little higher than your normal spice levels. I got Hot and I did not feel like it had the level of spice to warrant a "hot" level. Fresh rolls were excellent and the Chicken Peanut Sauce was good.

We had a wonderful waiter who told us about the menu! We ordered and the service was wonderful! Our salads arrived with the dressing in a mustard squeeze bottle. I said, oh we put mustard on our salad? He said yes, it is special Japanese mustard called, Yum Yum Sauce! It was delicious! Had a great time with the waiter, wish I could remember his name! Awesome food and service!

I've eaten at Peking since it opened in 1986. In the last three years I've eaten there more often (sometimes two or three times per week) because I moved to the west side of town and am a lot closer now. Recently, they've updated their dishware and the portion sizes are much, much smaller now. The prices are still the same, but the portions seem to be half the size they were before. Also, there have been a few occasions where I've gotten food (I tend to get the same dishes each time) and it's tasted like Pine Sol cleaner.
