We had to cancel our excursion on 5/28/2020 because of the pandemic. I have requested a refund as per their policy, but they will not answer my calls or respond to my 4 emails. I know this is a difficult time, but they should at least acknowledge my requests. I have received refunds from all other excursions we had booked. I booked this per TripAdvisor recommendation.

PROVANS with Veronica and Nicolas is among the greatest tours we'd been. They extended their efforts to work with our schedule, picked us up at our hotel, then we had a terrific day through the Provencal countryside. We are looking forward to joining other tours by them in our next trip to the area. Or, even better is to arrange a bespoke itinerary out of the usual spots. Highly recommended!

My husband I did the half day wine tasting and thought it was perfect! We arrived just after lunch and learned a little bit about the Chateauneauf de Pape vineyards and what makes it so unique, then we headed to several wineries where we learned about the winery, the grapes, the wine, and we were able to taste as well. Romain is very knowledgable and made the experience really fun!

Our group consisted of Johann (the host), Jean-Marc (a very skilled local player) and his delightful children (prodigies in the making). There was plenty of free parking near the site, and we were very warmly welcomed. Johann was an informative and entertaining host/translator, Jean-Marc showed us some impressive skills, and the children were impeccably behaved. The group are clearly very close-knit, and we felt very included. We picked up the game really quickly, and even managed a rare victory over Jean-Marc! During breaks, everyone snacked from a picnic hamper of food and drink including bread, home-made tapenades / pastis, mint syrup, water Although we were initially a little sceptical about the price when we were booking, the food, drink and fun experience made it well worth the money.

If you love fine wine experience a special private daytour visiting some of the best vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape, including a family-run estate, cultivated for 600 years by descendants of Pope Urbain VIII - world class wines. The village of Châteauneuf du Pape is the heart of a region full of history. A magical place that appears on the hill rising out of a sea of vines. This is a review about our experience "so far" with Christopher and Ooh Provence. A number of months ago, as usual, I did extensive research and found a photographer and I contacted him to see about a photo experience while in Marseille. He responded immediately and then told me about his tour company which extends beyond just photography. It was perfect...a guide that could help 2 amateur photographers get some unique shots in a great city plus learn about the history at the same time. I find this is a great way to explore a city. So, of course ,I booked and paid the deposit etc. and we confirmed our date. Then along came Covid 19 and I finally had to cancel .This company offers full refund up to 24 hours in advance of tour and Christopher had no problem with an immediate refund. I will add that is not the case with some hotels etc. I am so impressed with the customer service under very extraordinary circumstances and will definitely book with Ooh Provence in the future when we can return post Covid. Based on my experience so far I am sure we will have a great time touring Marseille and the surrounding area with Christopher. I often find the true test of a good travel company is how they handle unexpected problems and can be flexible. Christopher delivers on this for sure!!

It was a pleasure to spend the day with Beatrice. She has lived in multiple wine regions and she shared many global insights as will as information on the Chateuneuf-du-Pape region. We are experienced wine travellers (and drinkers) yet we still learned several new bits of information that will enhance our enjoyment of wine. She was very personable, accessible and also a friendly photographer. A wonderful way to spend the day.
