I am a wheelchair user. Our hotel reception booked N.C.C. to take myself and sister to Mount Etna. Antonino arrived on time and put wheelchair into boot and assisted me into car. He was extremely kind during the trip and it was a pleasure to meet him.

First off, I booked this tour December 30th at about 8:30pm via Viator fir Dec 31st tour. The operator emailed me right away to clarify things that made the tour go smoothly. When we arrived in Catania at 5:40 early in the morning, our driver Danilo was was waiting for us already. We had an early start, meaning our time was not wasted at all. When we reached in Taormina, I asked Danilo to check if we can add done of the Godfather places to check and he called his boss right away and was confirmed we can do it. I was happy and appreciated the flexibility. We were able to check the places that I wanted to go. Just a reminder, our driver is not a licensed tourist guide but he tells us where to go and drop us off and pick us up like “door to door”. I would suggest to google the best places to visit and tell the driver what you most like to visit and read all about it. You will appreciate more if you know the story behind that particular area. This tour works perfectly for us. Thank you Danilo for doing above and beyond of what you are doing. Cheers!

Incredible experience. Pasquale is a very nice and upbeat person. He took us to the best wineries. From the moment he picked us up it was clear that he had the entire day in perfect control. He is always professional and also fun. We really enjoyed the wine and food and the cellar tours. Pasquale even sent us several pictures from the day of fun that we had together. It was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. The communication was great - I asked Pasquale to arrange to have a cake for my girlfriend's birthday ... he made sure that at every destination there was a cake and everyone sang. He made me look like a hero! Thank you Pasquale!!!

I booked Stefano for a private shuttle for my group from the Port of Messina into town for a some of my group to do a cooking class and for some of us to just shop, eat and tour. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus, our ports changed and I had to cancel. Even though I never used Stefanos services, I have to comment how easy he was to book his services and when it came time to cancel and get my refund, I had no issues. Stefano was very friendly and professional throughout it all. If I do ever get to Messina, I will not hesitate to reach out to Stefano again to book his services.

We were recommended this tour company and Salvo one of the guides by people who were staying in our hotel and it was great from start to finish. Salvo was very informative without being boring & with a good sense of humour, after seeing Etna had a lovely Sicilian lunch and then went to the river but did not swim as water too low. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed the day and would recommend Etnain tours to others who want to experience Etna, thanks

We were picked up by Theresa who was our fabulous guide. She was phenomenal and very accommodating. Her knowledge was spectacular and she made sure that we got to see everything. Would definitely hope to Come back again and use lemon tours and Theresa! Tour was great, Savoca was beautiful and the scenes were the movie was filmed still nostalgic. Fantastic tour experience.
