If you want to increase your wine knowledge whilst visiting fantastic wineries then definitely do this tour. Stel is amazing with his knowledge and wine experience. The wineries he took us too were fantastic and we could put our new knowledge to the test. The van is roomy and comfortable. Even had water and offered chips to snack on. The cafe in Richmond served the most amazing lunch which arrived shortly after we arrived. We totally felt looked after throughout the day. Stel follows all the new COVIDSafe stuff. Would definitely do a tour again to a different lot of wineries. Totally recommend doing a tour

An 8am start was the only negative of the day. I mean that. I had a great time. Alex knows his stuff, his people and Tasmania too! Not only did we avoid an accident, but every venue we visited we arrived before the rush or immediately after it finished, meaning we finished the trip pretty much bang on time. The food? To die for. The Devonshire tea was awesome, the seafood platter was HUGE but the highlight was, without doubt, the scallop pie. I’ve never had a better pie, let alone a scallop one. The wine, oh my gods the wine. As a red wine lover I thought I’d be a bit out of luck, but there was PLENTY of wines for even a savage like me. So, for your money you get history, personal anecdotes, great food and wine and a lovely day out. Just book the tour, you will not regret it.

My Mum wasn't sure if she could handle the hiking involved in the Wine Glass Bay walking tour so we chose this tour. It turns out we were the very first people to do it because it was a very new tour. We got taken to an amazing beach by boat and from there our walk to Wine Glass Bay was easy and best of all, it was flat. The timing of the tour was perfect, so was the ice-cream at the end and our guide was lovely. This really is the best was to see Wine Glass Bay. My Mum and I will be telling everyone about this great new option. Thank you

3/5 would probably suggest a pretty average experience but I would have actually given it a lot higher if they had gone through with the Mt Wellington section of the tour that we paid for. Through no fault of their own the roads were closed and had been for days before our tour but we were only informed of it while we were on the bus. We do feel Tours Tasmania misrepresented this and could have called/emailed ahead and given us the option to pull out or reduced fee. Mt Nelson was a poor substitute at best. That being said, our guide David was exceptional and really saved the tour for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and loved to talk about everything in his city. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and learning from him. Overall, we feel the company did a bit of a bait and switch on us but David did manage to salvage the day to an extent. I'd recommend checking all locations are available before registering a tour with these guys.
