Driver, Deny, was waiting when we arrived at PVR with our name on a sign. His Expedition was parked very close and he stopped at Mega to allow us to shop for basics. It was a Saturday so it took us almost and hour in a busy, large and unfamiliar store but he was patiently waiting when we exited and helped us load the SUV being careful with my wife's chocolate cake. A smotth ride to our stay at Casa Jacobo in Sayulita. Our return ride 5 weeks later was also a prompt and smooth driver ina Ford van. We'd recommend this service to nayone.

The Jose Ramos driver picked us up at the airport and took us to the MEGA shopping area to buy supplies and go to the bank if needed. The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

This company was hired by our hotel (El Pueblito de Sayulita) to pick us up from the airport and they also took use from our hotel in Sayulita to our next accommodations in Puerto Vallarta. The driver was super friendly and stopped at the grocery store on the way into town so we could buy items (like sunscreen since we all traveled with carry on luggage). They're fairly expensive compared to bus or taxi, but reliable and safe!

Great transportation from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita! The driver was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport terminal. He was helpful with our luggage and very accommodating. Always great to arrive on your first day of vacation with a cold beer waiting for you! They offer to take you to the grocery store if you’d like(we did). The Mega Market is massive! The day before our last day we called to confirm our ride. Everything was all set. Overall happy with the service despite some poor reviews. We would recommend.
