I made my booking last minute from Windhoek to Swakopmund and back; they delivered beyond my expectations. Carlos travel is the most organized and efficient shuttle service. There pick up is on time and they drop you right at the end of your destination. Their communication is so swift and customer care is on point. The shuttles are sparkling clean and well air conditioned. The drivers are very friendly, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Namibia.

We were picked up at our residence well on time. The driver was neat and helpful with luggage and all, chatting to him made the trip of some 360km very short. Above all, unlike many other shuttles, he stuck to the speedlimit prescribed for shuttles and drove defensively. The vehicle was spotless inside and out, seats were comfortable. Will definitely use again.
