The Dalat Cable Car takes you high above Dalat for some outstanding views and great pictures. We were there in November and everything was very green and beautiful. It is not very expensive to ride the cable car, but I recommend getting to round trip tickets if you leave from town. Alternatively you could drive to the monastery and then get a one way ticket back or visa versa. The cable cars are great for 2-4 people and I think it is a worthwhile activity while in Dalat.
