We had a tour with a guide called Trevor who was absolutely superb, he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Victoria falls and the wildlife. He even managed to find us some elephants on our journey back . I cannot recommend this trip more highly - Trevor is a great ambassador. Thank you so much for our morning and spending so much time with us.

Reminiscing during lockdown on our trip with Nomad 20 years ago! Probably very different set up compared to now. 7 of us and a great group of people. Certainly no luxury, just a tent and a sleeping bag. The sights and sounds were amazing, our guides were brilliant, we will never forget it. We loved it!

I loved everything about the experience! We saw so many animals and learned so many interesting facts about them! The sunset cruise was gorgeous, and we got to see hippos and crocodiles! Such a great experience!

My mother and I visited Victoria Falls recently and spent 6 days there. During our stay most of our activities were arranged by Afro Dawn Safari's. Isabella and Paul were very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. We went for a beautiful game drive, followed by an amazing dinner in the private reserve. We also visited an elephant sanctuary, and got to interact with the elephants. Finally we ended our trip with a sunset cruise and dinner on the Zambezi. All of these activities including transport were arranged by the team. We had such a lovely time and would recommend Afro Dawn Safaris to any fellow travellers.

We had a 3 night Victoria Falls package put together by Batoka Safaris packed with exciting activities for the whole family. Activities included a sunset cruise, a tour of the falls, lion & elephant encounters and a game drive. Solomon, our driver was friendly, punctual, always smartly dressed and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate even our smallest requests. He was patient with our young children and willing to answer general questions. Solomon ensured smooth handovers to third party service providers when they were required. Due to Covid19, on our way out we had to overnight in Harare. Wengayi arranged to have the PRC test performed at our hotel, then took us on a personal tour of the city. Thank you Wengayi!

Everything about this day was perfect. The office staff is helpful and supportive, the guide kind and patient, every single guy on the raft was fun and helpful (it was just my 10-year-old daughter and me and seven Shockwave guys) guys, and the chef made a lunch to die for. The rafting itself was amazing, and the views beautiful. I cannot recommend this trip, and this outfitter, highly enough. I feel like we made friends for life and can't wait to go back and do a longer trip!
