Luis was a fabulous tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about Xihuacan culture and archeology! We learned so much more about Zihuatanejo, development, beaches, plants and animals too! We even were able to go into a local community and tour a home while enjoying fresh tortillas! The people are so welcoming and kind. Lunch from a local restaurant was provided. The tour took about 5 hours from pick up at hotel to drop off at hotel. Taken in a comfortable a/c van. We highly recommend this tour!!

Enjoy a great morning horseback ride through coconut plantations, mangrove trees and on Playa Larga Beach which is the longest beach of the Ixtapa Zihuatanejo area. As you ride your horse on the beach there will be a nice ocean breeze and the results of: vegetation, ocean waves, lagoon and mountain range will make the horseback ride beautiful and pleasant. The horses are friendly, well trained and very good for experienced riders and also for beginners, you will have the chance to go at your own pace and while riding on the beach you can even make the horse go at a faster pace. You will ride on the horse for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, and will have the opportunity to take pictures with your own camera and the tour guide will also offer to take pictures of you with your camera. At the end of the ride we will provide you with a good cold beer or a bottle of water.

Firstly, the address listed was incorrect. When we got to the correct address, we found out trip was canceled. We weren’t notified prior. No one spoke English and no one could tell us how to get a refund. I totally believe this is a scam. BEWARE!!!

We booked this shuttle service for a quick exit from airport and quick hotel pick up. They did not fail. At airport a man with a sign with my name on it as we walked outside airport. He took our bags lead us to the shuttle and it was amazing. Tv, radio, massage chairs and bottle waters. He sanitized our hands and shoes. Very professional. The shuttle was clean also we were out in less than 5 minutes. The pick up at the hotel was on schedule and same beautiful shuttle, and prefessional treatment. My wife and I really enjoyed this service, and the professionalism, and friendiness of the drivers. Definitely would recomend this service to friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience with the Private Luxury Airport Transport from Mayaland - Airport Conceirge Service. Alicia Guerrero promptly greeted us at the and led us directly to the special parking lot to meet our driver Martin. He loaded our bags and assisted me into his Mercedes Benz car which was great because I had just pulled something in my back and was not moving too swiftly. Martin gave us a nice overview of the area on the way to the hotel which was about 15 minutes from the airport. Martin was a life saver because we were discussing the wedding event we were to attend on Saturday and all of the logistics so he gave us his card and said if we need him to help to give him a call directly. He was perfect! We called him on Friday afternoon and let him know we would need his services for about 6 hrs on Saturday and he arranged everything with his boss. He arrived at the hotel early and with a bigger mercedes Benz so that we would have more room in the car (the white car was very small). I gave us a brief tour of old town before he dropped my husband off at the church and then took me on a tour of the area letting me know the history of Puerto Vallarta, etc. Then we went back to the church picked up my husband and headed to the reception in Nuevo Vallarta in Nayarit. He waited for us the whole time and when we texted him to let him know it would be an hour later for pick up he was extremely accommodating with our change in plans. This company is outstanding and reasonably priced and provided great customer service.

This was a great bike ride through lots of trees and nature. We saw a crocodile basking in the sun. It's paved, some shaded areas and some small inclines. It's a nice ride! Our tour guide, Elouise, was great! She is very friendly, speaks english well and you can tell she loves her job. She went above and beyond to capture great moments of our adventure and educated us on some Mexican traditions. We also saw a beautiful beach and had delicious tacos. It was a fun day in Ixtapa. We will definitely hire her again when we return.
