Had a fantastic day. We enjoyed the scenery and commentary from our driver Diego. We were able to adjust the trip to what we wanted to see. The only catch to be aware of is that if there is traffic on the way home you will charged once you go over the 8 hours. We hit an accident and had to stop so we were charge an extra hour which was another $95 on top.

3 girlfriends, booked trip for October about a month ago, our credit cards billed immediately. So here we are, night before the trip, no communication from the business. We finally tracked her down to be told tours cancelled for the month. Now, it's fine to cancel, especially given fire problems in the valley, but communication is key, and we feel the ball was dropped here. Now we have nothing to do on a vacation day and are scrambling to use our time effectively. And yes, the owner was offering to try to put something together for us, last minute, and did not feel good, it frankly felt rushed and second rate. Maybe there is a backstory here, especially with fire danger, but we dont know and expected better communication even under changeable conditions.

Rather than combining a wine tasting and bike tour, we just rented bikes and did a great 17 mile loop around Napa - it was nice and flat (which was good since it was HOT) and the Specialized bikes were perfect for the job. Tim and Caitlin (I hope I got their names right) were SUPER helpful, did a great job setting up the bikes and gave us easy to read maps. They went above and beyond in making sure the bikes were set up properly and that we had water and guidance. Thank you both for a fantastic experience!

Napa Valley Aloft is currently the only company flying over Yountville’s iconic landscape & Pope's rural beauty. Also raising Aloft above the rest is that our hot air balloon operation is situated at historical Yountville Estate, neighboring award-winning hotels, and restaurants located in the town of Yountville. In addition, we have more hot air balloon launch site options in Napa Valley, and we provide hot air balloon baskets that carry fewer passengers than competitors, which gives our passengers an open atmosphere feel to enjoy the stunning views on their balloon ride. OPEN ATMOSPHERE RIDING EXPERIENCE Under loaded 8-12 passenger hot air balloon baskets, unlike 16-24 with competitors.

I booked this and they canceled me hours before my flight. The reason they gave me was that they didn’t have enough reservations. When they cancelled me it was to late to book with another company, and didnt give me any solution. So unprofesional!!
