Lonny was excellent! He was able to add some last minute reservations and recommend additional wineries. One of our faves was a place we weren’t planning to visit but he recommended. Friendly, great driver, go with the flow but professional.

We had such an amazing time on our 8 hour wine tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable of the area and help us set our itinerary ahead of time. We we’re able to visit 5 wineries and was not rushed at all. Couldn’t have asked for a better Concierge service!

You can even visit a beautiful castle & fabulous high-end wineries, each one will make your wine tasting experience memorable. Your tour generally consists of visiting 3-4 wineries & includes a lunch stop of your choice. We will be happy to make recommendations & reservations wherever you like. At 10:15 , We will start our educational tour at a Winery. The wine Tasting at a winery would be at 12 PM. At 1:30 PM, we will make a lunch stop. We will have 2 more tastings at 2:45 PM and 4:00 PM. Being a wine lover, this tour was a dream! Jerome was very knowledgeable and would 100% recommend. The sidecar was so cool and was totally a great ride, with some super cool helmets. This was such a beautiful way to see the vineyards and wine country.

We booked this private tour with Cardinal Transportation via Viator (Trip Advisor). We were told the SUV was sold out but the sedan was still available. Within 15 minutes of paying $399.50 and receiving email confirmation for our pick up at 9 am the next morning, I received a text message from an unknown number stating that they would not be able to service the tour for at least 48 hours. When I informed this person that would not work for us as we were leaving town in 48 hours the reply was "I'll see what I can do." I never heard back from this person again despite several text messages. I tried calling the phone but the voice mailbox was full and could not accept messages. I called the main phone number for Cardinal Transportation and left a message but never received any call back. A simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have been suffice but to not answer when the pick up time for the tour is within 12 hours is completely unacceptable. We (the customers) were stuck in the middle of your miscommunication with the third party booking agent ( Viator). If you could not accommodate us you should have told Viator that the tour was sold out and take it down from the website. Or perhaps a novel idea...answer someone's text message or phone call. This is terrible customer service. Upon reading other reviews about Cardinal Transportation, this seems to be their modus operandi. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The trip itself was pretty exciting for the first half and then it got boring. The scenery isn't really great either if you're on the side viewing over the highway. The dinner option might have been better with the night view and the evening atmosphere and all that. My folks liked it anyway. I'd give it a better score when it comes to the memories one is able to retain from the trip. If you want to get discounts (seniors, military, etc.) you must book over the phone. I got screwed over on this because the reservationist failed to mention that fact and I booked online where discounts apparently don't apply. Credit card transactions can't be refunded after the fact so check up on the payment before proceeding.

Alex was so incredibly helpful when planning our day! We had a few last minute cancellations due to the rain and he was able to get us a tasting at a different winery 45 minutes prior to our scheduled time- thank you SO much! He was very knowledgeable of the area and chose the perfect vineyards for our expertise level as well. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable as well. This tour made our experience in Napa Valley an unforgettable one!
