We had a great time climbing Mt. Hajla this past November with Gezim. The company was very accommodating to our request to climb up Mt. Hajla one way but to come down a different way so that we could finish the hike through a Drelaj village as the sun set. Gezim was a great guide who established excellent rapport with my kids. It was stunning at the top with views over 3 countries. We also did their Zip line adventure the following day, which was great fun! I highly recommend Balkan Natural Adventure!

Albania offers a mixture of cultural elements with 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a rich archaeological legacy. Macedonia offers some of the most excellent religious relics, with Ohrid having the biggest Icon museum in the region as well as many beautiful churches. This theme is carried over into Kosovo the newest state in Europe, where we combine religious monuments with tasting of wine and local foods. I can't thank our tour guide Adam enough for giving us a fun filled day from start to finish. If you are lucky enough to get him as your tour guide you will agree with me that he is one interesting man on this planet! He went above and beyond, even making additional pit stops. He showed us so much in one day that would of easily taken us two to three days to do. The tour exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to do future day trips in other countries/cities with Albanian Express Travel and Adam!

Hey if were are in Kosovo you should post definitely go to prizren. Its one most beautiful cities in balkan. Me and my friend spent a week in Kosovo’s capital and we had some free time and wanted to travel a bit but we didn’t know much how to manage our time to get the best out if so after asking some friends they suggested this great company Choosebalkans, even though their headquarters are in Tirana they offered a private tour of prizren from Pristina. The tour was very smooth unlike the traffic there haha, but our kind tour guide showed the back doors of the city and managed to see all the best parts of it within the day. We also wanted to visit the mountains around the city and as expected the company made another day tour just for us . not just in Kosovo but in all western balkans this company is the go to.
