One of the world’s fashion capitals, Milan offers endless opportunities for chic shopping. Hit the artsy neighborhood of Brera for leather goods and Via Monte Napoleone for exclusive, expensive boutiques. The enchanting mosaics and glass vaults of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II make shoppers feel like they’re wandering inside a painting. Take break from your spree to gape at the iconic Duomo, then grab tickets to a performance at La Scala. Post-opera, the Navigli district pulses with late-night activity.

This time we have chosen to discover Palermo in a walking tour. That was our first time in Palermo and our guide, knowing this detail, made a point in explaining and making us discover the main landmarks of this beautiful Sicilian city. After that he suggested a wonderful local restaurant where we had lunch and it was indeed very good food reasonably priced and the restaurant was full of local people, which is, when you don't know a city, the best token for good quality. After lunch our guide walked us back to our cruise. Thank you very much Tour Travel for this great experience

The view from the garden was amazing. Jacopo was very informative about the wine making process, how to pair them with food, and how to tell the quality of the wines made in Italy. Each wine that he brought out had its own distinct flavor based on the process of how it was made and it made the experience more enjoyable. If you haven't had a chance to try some Italian wine but are interested, this is a great place to start!

Had a very good tour thanks to our wonderful guide Daniele. We were the only two people on the tour but it went ahead as planned and we had a very nice insightful tour round the centre of Milan. We did this at the start of a long weekend trip which gave us some good points of reference and some good ideas of where else to try for the rest of the trip. It included some history, famous landmarks, restaurant recommendations and some fun obscure facts. Definitely worth a visit if you are exploring Milan. Segways are very easy to get to grips with, anyone can do it and it adds another fun element to explore with, particularly when it's super hot!

We had the pleasure of meeting Paolo who walked us through the history of the castle and the wine-making process. We got to taste wine at the different stages. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the factors that affect each element of the wine and explained things in a very clear manner. The tasting was outstanding, showcasing the differences between the grapes grown just a few meters away from each other. We loved the experience and would highly recommend it as a couple’s activity or with friends.

Walking tours are usually not very child friendly. But this was fantastic. Firstly it was stroller accessible which was great as we had a 5 year old who tire easily over the course of the 3hrs+ tour. Secondly our tour guide Francesca was just lovely. She is patient and interacts well with children which is a nice change from tours which tended to be more adult centric. Francesca was very knowledgeable and you can see her passion as she explains. Finally we loved sforza castle and the duomo. So much history and just so beautiful. This was a really wonderful tour.

With friendly, personable Beatrice I felt I was experiencing Milan as a local. Thank you!
