Top 10 Tours in Chattanooga, Tennessee (TN)

June 19, 2021 Vivienne Hutton

The name "Chattanooga" comes from the Creek Indian word for "rock coming to a point." This refers to Lookout Mountain, one of the city's major attractions. Here visitors can explore extraordinary rock formations, see a roaring enclosed waterfall and travel by train to the top of the mountain for truly awesome vistas. Back down on the ground, don't miss the world's largest freshwater aquarium, the Tennessee Aquarium. History enthusiasts will love the city's museums dedicated to Civil War, Native American and 20th-century history. More than anything, Chattanooga is a scenic city, full of natural wonders waiting to be explored by foot, car, bike or train.

The best cooperative escape room in Chattanooga - this room emphasizes teamwork and strengthening bonds. The players will be divided in the same room into the coaching staff and the team. While both groups will see each other and communicate, they will be challenged by their own set of puzzles, and at times they will need to cooperate with the other group. Eventually the team and coaches will be reunited and will have to solve the final puzzles to find the mascot wolfie before the rival Tigers return. Being great for all audiences doesn't mean this Chattanooga escape room is easy. The puzzles are challenging and the need to work together closely adds a new dimension to this unique theme! For the safety of our customers, all of our escape rooms are now private so you and your group can enjoy a challenging outing with minimal interaction with people.

It was a great experience. He is an excellent tour guide. He knows a lot about the area, the history, the plants and animals that are in Chattanooga. The hike was beautiful and great for all ages. The trail is about 2 miles long and you do not have to have any prier knowledge of hiking. The lookout point shows the town and the neighboring mountains. We went in the morning so the view was wonderful. The waterfall is the main attraction! It was breathe taking. The guide was extremely personable. He went above and beyond in his job. We have taken many food tours, but this one tops them all. And the reason is Bri, not only does she search out the best places and the top chefs and the best food, but her engaging personality makes each participant feel special. We wound up with just us, four people cancelled. Instead of cancelling the tour or just going throught the motions for a couple of oldies like us, she made us feel that this was the most important tour she had ever given and she wanted it to be just right. The food was over the top good. Things I would never see on a menu, much less order, were so delicious. And she brought the chefs out to tell how they had prepared their offerings and asked us what we liked about them. If you are in Chattanooga, work your schedule around this tour. You won't regret it.
