Easy to arrange via Whasapp, responses were quick and clear. Arranged for 1.5 days, the vehicle provided was clean and comfortable and always on time. It enabled our group to have a stress-free and relaxing time over the weekend.

I was little bit shy about massage as I am Muslim and most of Batam people also Muslim. But my shyness dissolved when I found beautiful Girls, Women and Men working in Shops, Massage parlors, restaurants, Hotels and different entertainment profession in Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and nearby Hotels & Shops. In Batam, unsocial issues are hidden for those people who need those. After my first visit in May 2019, I went 2 times in Batam. I stayed Harmony Suits Hotel, a 4 Star Hotel but price only US$ 33 per night including fantastic breakfast and all facilities of kitchen in room!! Restaurant & Massage service were available 24 Hours in my Hotel room with very reasonable price.

Plan to have a great holiday in Singapore with day tour but turn to disappointed. Drop at first point visit and say come back at meeting points at 10am, but we come back at 9.55am and waiting the tour guide. But the tour guide left us and go another destination places.. really bad experience and no responsibility at all....

We made this day-long tour from Singapore to see a bit of Indonesia. The journey by ferry takes about one hour, the reservation included the ferry return tickets and a private guided tour of Batam with one-hour massage included. All was nice, maybe not the nicest place on earth and quite different from the luxurious resorts in Bali and other Indonesian highlights, but all the same ok, it was a nice diversion from Singapore. What really made a good day was our guide, Irvin, who was waiting for us to arrive at Batam ferry terminal and stayed with us the whole day, very friendly and conversational, polite and funny, it was just like visiting an old friend and spending time with him for a whole day. During the tour we saw a very interesting Buddhist temple , a coffee factory and a bakery where they bake the traditional layer cake. You can buy coffee and cake if you want but you are not forced to, it’s really up to you. A nice traditional lunch and a fantastic massage we’re also included.

Great massage experience still. Friendly staff, it's nice having to see the same faces again. Best they even remember our visit last year. Massage was done professionally and staff was able to converse in simple English. Will most probably be going back there again next visit

i have been visiting kalea spa since 2017 I always went back to Kalea Spa for massage whenever i visit batam. the massage is so good and affordable too i feel so relax after 2 hours body massage and body scrub I always recommend Kalea spa to my friend too this time i brought my friend that never try body massage before and yet she loving it ..... not only the massage is good but their costumer service is good too their driver waited for me and my friend at batam center even though our ferry was delayed for more than 30 min. and we reached the spa at 8.30 and yet we they still welcoming us with smile and when we were choosing our treatment they never say they closing at 10pm so i choose 2 hours massage and we were finished at 11 pm which is pass their operating hours alr and yet there still driver waiting for us to send us to our hotel thats how good their service are they willing to go for extra mile for their customer thats what i love about KALEA SPA i am going back again on 29 march whoop whopp so happy REALLY RECOMMENDED

Part of my bias is likely due to the rain. It was a good tour, but obviously some of the out door stuff was a bit problematic. So be careful of this during the rainy season. Lunch was delicious and the massage was great, as was out tour guide. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a day away from Singapore.
