The Historic Temple Theatre is a 552 seat theatre located in the heart of southwestern Wisconsin. Built as a movie and vaudeville theatre in 1922, this elegant restored space is home to many events throughout the year.

Vernon Vineyards Ltd

Vernon Vineyards consists of 75 gorgeous acres, 20 of them covered with a flowing vineyard where nearly 90 tons of grapes flourish and are harvested each year. All of our wines are 100% locally grown; and produced on-site. We also supply grapes to other wineries in Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. All varieties of Vernon Vineyards wines are sold in our tasting room, and some are available in other fine retail and dining establishments. In-house purchases of 6+ bottles qualify for 5% discount; 12+ bottles qualify for 20% discount. Public events are held throughout the year. Pedretti's Party Barn and our Tasting Room may be reserved for public and private meetings and events, and are available outside of scheduled 'open hours' by appointment. Here you can experience wine with a view, listen to the birds and the breeze, sample a wine slushy, and r-e-l-a-x. Don't forget your camera. (Only 23 scenic miles from La Crosse.)

Stopped here by recommendation on our way home from a trepidation to the area. Simply beautiful setting! Did a tasting of three reds and bought two bottles. Friendly staff too!

Established in 2004 Driftless Books and music has grown to be one of the largest and most enjoyable Book Stores in the Midwest. With selections from 9 US bookstores which we have acquired in part or in full. Offering great books in all fields, and a free kids book to all kids, we also have live music weekly with artists from around the region and around the world. Art Gallery featuring 100's of paintings, sculptures and riffraff. Massive ber can collection. Located in a 110 year old Tobacco warehouse in the Slow Food/Slow Media capital of Wisconsin. Excellent place to shop for local vendors. None from China! All items made with loving attention to detail and quality prices are reasonable. Nice ambiance to place with old world charm reminiscent of old Europian and French street

The ARK is an non-profit arts organization. It houses several art installations and is home to the ARK Cafe. The Cafe is open on wed. and fri. 11-2 and serves local seasonal cuisine with a limited menu. It is the home base of the Viroqua Harvest Parade, an annual event that takes place on the 2nd sat. in October. The ARK hosts music, film, theater events and many classes.
