The boat was delivered to our house at Drvenik Veli, the owner checked up on us the next day because he noted something about the motor when he drove it over, but all was good. He even brought beer as a gift - great service.

This tower was built in the late 15th C. to defend the channel between Marina and the Mainland. There is also an active hotel in this tower.

Given the length of the coast line there is a surprising lack of suitable swimming spots
The pretty little village of Marina has developed there beach front well & is recommended for a swim
Note the beach is crushed white rock so don't forget your beach foot wear
Of course as per it's name the main attraction is the boat marina

Equally lovely by day and at night when the restaurants set out tables and chairs in the squares and courtyards of the walled city. South facing Promenade where the cruise ships and super yachts pull up was best avoided for food as the quality of food and the character of the restaurants within the walled city were both a lot better.

We took a ferry from Trogir (Jargolinija, 32kr there and back, took 1,5 hours. Boat has a bar, but no snacks). The walk to blue lagoon is heavy, but there's a lot of locals willing to drive you there and back. We took one, paid 150kr and he took us there and came to pick us up right on time. The lagoon itself was a dissapointment; the beach is rocky so swimmingshoes is a must. Also there is no shops where to get drinks or snacks. There is a restaurant though. If you have a boat & snorkels, go see the awesome waters. If not, don't bother.

Me and my wife were looking to spend some time fishing whilst on our roadtrip of the Dalmatian Peninsula.
Stumbled across this tour operator and sent an email. We got a swift response and booked on for the following day.
We met Tommo at his office (where he runs Kayaking tours from too) and went out on to the water in a little boat with a 5hp engine for 5 hours, including a break for a swim on one of the Country's many Islands.
Fishing with prawns for bait brought us in plenty of fish.
Conversation was flowing between us and our guide as he is very knowledgable his english is very good.
it was great to also have a break which allowed us to go fishing while our guide Tommo chilled out to eat his packed lunch.
Would recommend this as an opportuntiy to indulge in some fishing and great discussion

Находится на самой вершине горы, возвышающейся над Мариной. Дорога идет почти отвесно в гору. Надо еще и жару учитывать. Особого интереса не представляет. Только для любителей красивых видов.

This is of course the centrepiece of the main square, and indeed the town itself. An impressive structure completed in the late 13th century, the views from the top are good too, although the climb is not for the faint hearted. The Cathedral itself has the usual array of frescos and ornate ceilings, which I am sure for those who study these things contain much symbolism - I am not one of these. Still, you can admire the artwork.

Trogir is as others have said, a charming little town with much to see and do. Wandering around the narrow streets and the waterfront one can observe life in action, with visitors sipping coffee and locals hawking their wares, trying to entice you into their shops. The focal point for the town is of course the main square where the most important buildings are to be found - these include the Cathedral, the tourist information office and of course the town hall and clock. There is also a small museum (closed on Sundays when I visited).
The square is a great place to get your bearings and to sit and relax with a coffee or something stronger. Several cafes and restaurants can be found here. Of course it lacks the atmosphere of the larger squares of eastern European cities, but nevertheless has a charm of its own.

99% of the reviews and photos on this location are incorrect and posted to the wrong site. An easy mistake once someone put up the first wrong photo.
St Michael's bell tower is a small tower on the other side of the island near the Kamerlengo fortress. it's a fraction of the height of the tower attached to St Lawrence. It's also not possible to climb it or go inside. It's worth a photo and that's it.
To find walk west along the south side of the island towards the fortress.
just before the fortress Turn right and you'll see the tower
