As a skier I thought that I wouldn't enjoy it, however it was quite nice pootling down the slope. I appreciate that it wasn't at all challenging but children ski and my youngest I know really enjoyed the slope as it helped her increase her confidence.
Our friends tried the lessons and there was some success and some not.
I was advised that if you are a skier then the evenings are a good time to go, and the later on in the week you go then the slope gets more crowded.

A little gem in a place where you do not expect it. Good exhibition that gives a very good overview. Enthusiastic guides/people that explain the technologies used through the centuries and demonstrate the still working machines.

Bottle Distillery artisanally prepares gin, bierbrand, vodka and liqueurs on a small-scale. The distillery is located in the center of Eindhoven, in the old 'Schellensfabriek'. You are very welcome to come and meet our potstill with its copper helmet. In our tasting room you can try our products: pure or in one of our specially selected mixes. There is a little shop where you can buy our products. You can arrange a visit, tour, tasting or workshop on any day and time. Just mail or call us for an appointment. On Fridays and Saturdays the distillery, tasting room and shop is also open without appointment, from 13.00 till 22.00 hours

Booked the basic tour which cost around €11. We were given a brief introduction as to how Bottle Distillery was born. The distillery was set-up and is run by a lovely couple who have a passion for what they do. Mark and his wife have created a unique attraction that is part-distillery and part-bar. The 'still' is the most beautiful piece of aparatus and is captivating to watch as you get a talk on how it all works. Really amazing piece of kit! But the proof is in the pudding, which brings us to the product which comes out of the still. They produce a selection of gorgeous Gins (the Winter Gin being my personal favorite. So much flavor!). The Beer Brandy and liqueurs are amazing. The tour included a tasting of any 3 from their product line, which we felt was generous. The tour stated 30 minutes, but we spent a total of 90 minutes with a lovely Gin & Tonic beforehand and sipping the samples after the tour. Wonderful establishment and I'd highly recommend. Easily the best €11 I've ever spent. Looking forward to seeing Orion Gin in the UK in a few years ;) Keep up the good work guys!

Room Experience is great place for young and old. You can have kids parties there as well. The escape room is a tricky one, which makes it a nice challenge. The laser game I can also recommend, so exciting!
Logistics to the Room Experience are really good, next to the high way, opposite to the NH hotel and next to the Mac.

This is a very charming little museum about 10 minutes from Einhoven. The upstairs exhibition space shows changing displays from their permanent collection of antique Damask handwoven linens. The exhibits seem to focus on a theme. When we were there it was "flora and fauna" so the designs encorporated flowers and animals. The fabric panels are beautifully displayed in a contemporary gallery within the old mill. Downstairs there is a gallery for changing exhibits of contemporary Dutch art. When we were there work by a collaboration of metal artists was shown together with a multimedia show and film.

The climbing tracks in the trees are likely to be more difficult for the parents compared to children, but doable for most people. Most children enjoy it from the first moment. Although some kids are afraid to climb, they usually overcome their fear (sometimes with a little help by experienced and skilled personnel) and will come out more self-assured. Safety first, so all climber are attached to a lifeline; cheating is not possible.
Those who do not climb, will have great fun watchingd. The place could improve on catering.
