While visiting Blaundos, we stumbled upon this canyon on our way to Cilandaros aqueduct. At the sign advertising the glass Terrace (cam teras) we drove in and discovered a park-like environment with a glass walkway that you can walk out for the canyon. The thousand foot drop beneath was too much for me as I don't walk heights but I made it to the edge to view the spectacular canyon, of which only one branch is visible. Definitely worth a detour from the main highway if you are in the area of Usak.

Its called as bridge but infact 2500 years ago it was an aquaduct. Far from Usak city. You need a vehicle to drive,not posibble to go by public transportation. Around this bridge there is a forest and picnic area. Was winter time when i was there, I havent seen any body taking care of this place. Needs to be cleaned up. Nearby bridge there is a little waterfall.

Çat kapı uşak gezisi sırasında izmir dönüşünde gezdiğim yer oluşum ve kayaların görselliği harika su yok denecek kadar azdı yer yer havuz gibi olan yerlerde balıklar var belediye yeni yeni yapmaya düzenlemeye başlamış çevresini daha da güzel olacak piknik için alanlar yapılıyor inmesi güzel ama çıkışı yorucu bilginize

it was the first time we have visited Usak archeaological museum, popular with its Karun treasures last summer, and told that a new and a larger one is coming on the way- which we think would be great since most artefacts are thrown at the storages of the museums. There were not plenty of findlings but like a nutshell, you see few elegant and incredibly beautiful artefacts especially from the karun treasures of Lydian times. It was disappointing to learn that the hippocampus was not original and theft many times after being brought from Metropolitan museum, n.y- the roman stels were incredibly artistic , with few statues of roman kings-can not remember the names- the wall paintings of the barrows discovered in nearby villages were rather interesting and depicting some stories,the aktepe barrow findlings present one sarcaphogus- with a colt sculptured at the foot of the bed worths seeing. if you are travelling on own , on west coast of Turkey, i highly recommend visiting this place,

Inside the museum there are not many samples of famous usak carpets but you can still get an idea abuot types designs and methods.

In the winter time when you want walk then right place to be in. Surrounding the park there is a special walking path 1000 meter long. on the sunny days even in the morning or evenning sun light is on the park so that you may walk and have sun bath.
