"Stadtgarten" is a beautiful recreational park at the edge of the Old Town of Überlingen - very much worth a visit and a walk. Wonderful botanical experience. Parking is available right nextdoor - in a central perking house.

It was a mother day, tante Barbel and I tried to reach the tower. We paid a donation for 2,50€/person to get the permission. There were boys/girls scouts on the desk near the main altar. Someone told me that there were about 242 steps! No problem, to see a giant bell was amazing! The view from above was marvellous; Bodensee and the city! Wow. Those released my fatigue. OK. The bell rings every 15 minutes and per hour. No wonder why they close the door after 16.45 or the tourist ears will get pain. It might be too loud. Enjoy climbing the tower...

We came in late on a Saturday 3 hours before closing. There were not too many people and we could use all of the different pools, saunas etc.
They are celebrating the ‘Aufguss’: meaning... pouring water on the stones is done by the Saunameister. After pouring water on the stones, the saunameister will take a towel and gently wave it to circulate the hot steam.
The place is very clean.

the Fountain is modern and depicts a famous german writer who today is 90 - Martin Walser. When Walser turned 80 he demanded from the city to cover the Fountain, but the city did not do so - strong statement pro Art.
Walser recently said he has cut his peace w the Fountain, he avoids walking by.
This is a piece of art with a contemporary narrative

Professional and friendly Instructors. The setting by Lake Konstanz is absolutely fantastic. Equipment is good. We did not have any wind on one of the days but the instructor gave us a class on Paddel board while waiting for the wind. Since we had bad luck with the wind , we were compensated with gift- card for 2 hour free rental of equipment.
Highly recommended.

Magnificent rear garden along with many exhibits. Great for young family. Pity the text is all German but what's to be seen is memorable and the staff are friendly. Recommended. Sehr gut!

Удивлён, что я первый россиянин, который пишет отзыв на этом сайте. Хочется верить, что не первый, кто специально приехал почтить память жертв той страшной авиакатастрофы. Я давно хотел это сделать и вот, находясь рядом в командировке, да ещё и имея машину, не мог не приехать. Для тех, кто не знает, как найти - вводите в навигатор Brachenreute 4 и вы приедете к клумбе с цветами, ну а там можно вверх пройтись пешком, а можно прямо подъехать к памятнику. В выходные в Германии всё закрыто, цветов не купить, поэтому нарвал букет полевых... Простите, всё, что смог... Сам памятник заставил прослезиться, то ли от того, как сделан, то ли от того, сколько детишек там погибло и осознание этого, просто не могло оставить равнодушным. Россияне, все, кто отдыхает на Боденском озере или едет мимо - обязательно заезжайте сюда, почтите память наших... Они будут жить, пока мы помним! Я помню!

Die preisgünstigsten Getränke in ganz Überlingen. Standartgetränke und Cocktails, lustiges Stammpublikum in allen Altersklassen, donnerstags viel Jugendliche. Kleine snacks, herzige Deko und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen: die Chefin Andrea.

ausgefallene Mitbringsel, liebevoll verpackt! 'Der sogenannte' Wow-Effekt' ist garantiert! Bis jetzt habe ich bei jedem Besuch in der Genussecke ne Kleinigkeit für meine Freunde gefunden! Delikatessen rund um die Nuss! Bester Kaffee im Bodenseekreis! Ausgefallene, sehr leckere Kuchen! Super freundliche Bedingungen!!!

Un peu en dehors du centre touristique, mais tellement plus original. Habits d'enfant fait main ! Les tissus, design et association de couleur des unicats sont magnifique. La gérante est très sympathique et fait de bon capuccino. Je conseille à tout ceux qui aiment les choses faites avec amour
