I've been to many Duomos in Italy and this one, the main Cathedral, in the heart of Teramo does not dissapoint. It is not always open to the public so it is best to check the hours. We happened to be in town at 7 pm and the doors were open. Like a lot of Italian Duomo's, this Cathedral has magnificent artwork throughout along with many statues. It also has a glass like front to the main altar which is differen from most cathedrals. The structure is very old in appearance but once you walk inside its magnificent. If you are in Teramo, it warrants a visit.

Il viale Mazzini o per meglio dire il viale pedonale dei tigli che prende il nominativo per la presenza appunto dei tigli, è un ottimo posto dove passeggiare o sedersi per fare due chiacchiere e guardare il passeggio.
Da oltre un anno sono state installate anche delle telecamere per assicurare al meglio la sicurezza dei cittadini.
I Teramani sicuramente conoscono questo posto che è stato impreziosito dalle opere dello scultore Crocetti che raffigurano in busti, delle persone più importanti della città e pertanto si consiglia una passeggiata anche a chi è forestiero.

Da tempo non tornavamo in questa citta' , ora cogliamo l' occasione per un tour e proprio per assistere ad uno streetfood autunnale dove troviamo anche bancarelle con prodotti tipici. Bello lo struscio e le viuzze parallele , carini i localini sparsi. Parcheggi vicino e molto fruibili

The castle was incredibly pretty and well worth a visit when your in the town, but unfortunately we were unable to access it as it was gated off; this is intentional as it hasn't been restored.
It's quite hard to find, tucked away behind some houses, and there is an English information sign located near the castle which gives you a history of the place. I wouldn't advise visiting it unless your OK planning to visit the rest of the town as it is only worth a 5-15 minute visit.

I have been inside the burn tower. It is now used as a gallery for pictures and stuff. There isn't anything interesting inside or outside. If you love old and empty buildings it is a great place to make you feel in the series Spartacus. Other than that there is no point going there. But if you are in Teramo there isn't much to see anyway.

It is breathtaking to see the ancient theathre hidden among the appartments. But after you get over the ancient-modern shock there isn't really much to see. It is only open in specific periods but you can see everything from the outside as well.It is not protected very much so you won't feel the excitement of seeing the coliseum for example. But it gives a good idea of what Teramo used to be like in those periods. It will take you max 15 minutes to go, see and come back. I advise you to see it.

everything you would need from a shopping mall is there. But you do not have many options. But there are cheap and quality stuff. You need to take the bus from Teramo (to Giulianova but you get off at gransasso) and go for 20 minutes. Then you have to walk. In the summer this walk feels like forever. But it is the only mall in Teramo so you don't have any other choice. It is not so crowded, has a high ceiling which makes it easyier to walk around without feeling stuck in a building. Compliments to the architecture.

It looks very interesting although it is only opened to groups by request. You can practically see it all from outside, but one always wants to see it all.
