This museum was quite amazing and to be honest, the only reason I am giving it a low rating is due to the fact that there is no English at all written inside the museum. I am aware that the museum is in a small city in Turkey and that perhaps English is not necessary, but it would've been a fuller experience if explanations were written in English. Besides that, I loved the infographics.

Have you ever gone to the amazon women village in Samsun? If you are in Samsun you should visit, a very nice place to visit. Amazon women are single mammals for archery. This is a great devotion to the community. Mummy woman sculptures are magnificent. It's a small village for animation, but it means a lot to feel the past. Near the village there is a tremendous amazon woman statue in the middle of two big lion statue. A good place to get away from today's technology and hustle and bustle and catch the rhythm of the past.

A visit to Amisos Hill and the surrounding area of Bati Park is an absolute must if you visit Samsun. You can take a Teleferik/cable car up to the hill and enjoy the spectacular view of the Black Sea. There is a wonderful restaurant and outside benches to sit on. The area from where you get the cable car is lovely for walking all along the seaside and just to have a cup of tea while you enjoy the surroundings. Take the tram from the Cumhuriyet stop (near Cumhuriyet Square) and get off at the Baruthane stop. You will immediately see the cable car that will take you up the hill. Depending on the weather you can really spend a whole afternoon here.
