Les Bains d'Or & Spa

Here for a couple of day, I decided to break up at les Bains d’or&Spa after a long hall flight from Florida.. and what an sensational EXPERIENCE !! I choose the wonderful Phuket spa for a treat. I was speechless about the massage technics, the professionalism, the cleanest, about the amazing decor, and the cocooning atmosphere. I felt like I was a princess in a Moroccan Riad. And at the end of my spa I enjoyed an authentic perfumed leaf mint tea, I felt so spoiled .
I recommend everyone to stop by, here at les Bains d’or&Spa, Faty will warmly welcome you with her lovely smile. Thanks again for your kindness and your professionalism. See you later for sure!

If your looking for adventure and you don’t mind getting wet then I highly recommend Kite Surfing. Even if you don’t speak French, Philippe will have you up and away in no time. Already into kitting but you left your kit at home, Philippe can rent you the latest from Cabrina and drop you off in the bay with his boat then come get you when your done. Wetsuits, harness, boots, boards, kites of all sizes and all the safety gear as well. Highly recommended. Rick

Golf Dolce Fregate Provence

The Dolce Frégate Provence Golf Club , Frégate 18-hole and Frégalon 9-hole courses, are located on the heights of Bandol, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and its Islands. An 18-hole course, Frégate, Par 72, renowned for its extraordinary views of the sea and its hilly layout, designed by the American architect, Ronald Fream. A 9-hole course, Frégalon, Par 29, 1,700m, a golf course for beginner players. An on-site golf academy: the French Golf Institute, which offers classes and training courses for all levels of play.

Have played the course since a decade now and never get tired of it. It truely is one of the finest golf courses you may find around. It's nesteld in between the soft hills bordering the water line with some fine views of the sea while teeing off, the smell, the feel and the looks are very mediterranean. In case you are not that comfortable with temperature and heat and walking up-hill you may rather want to take a cart. The course is not really steep at large, but somehow you'll always end up playing when it's already too hot, too sunny, to thearsty...
There are options for early birds and late players in the evening hours.
Yes, it's expensive - but the whole sport is, isn't it - and yes, the service desk is "French" if you want to juxtapose that to "American service" mentality, if you know what I mean.
