The Republic of Adygea (/ɑːdɪˈɡeɪ.ə/; Russian: Респу́блика Адыге́я, tr. Respublika Adygeya, IPA: [ɐdɨˈɡʲejə]; Adyghe: Адыгэ Республик, Adygæ Respublik), also known as the Adyghe Republic, is a federal subject of Russia (a republic), with its territory enclaved within Krasnodar Krai. Its area is 7,600 square kilometers (2,900 sq mi) with a population of 439,996 (2010 Census). Maykop is its capital city.

The natural beauty of the Waterfalls is stunning and the walk around the trail is pleasant, it's more of a walk than a real hike, though sensible shoes are highly recommended. The trails are well-marked, along with all points of interest. There's a small buffet serving nice local food and some attractions for children. I only pitied the fact that the local tourists do litter a lot, even on marked trails, so they are sometimes marred by rubbish thrown around.

Если едете с сторону Лаго-Наки, обязательно стоит посетить пещеру и панораму выше пещеры. Потрясающий вид.
Подъем в гору довольно крутой и долгий, но он того стоит!.
Очень важно- в пещере круглогодично температура +5-6° - куртки или теплые кофты обязательны

Отдыхали в январе 2018 г в Гузерипле, Адыгея. Заповедник посетили даже 2 раза. Первый раз просто погуляли по территории и посмотрели интересные документальные фильмы и экспозицию в музее. Один из самых древних долменов. Очень красивая природа. Горная река. Чистый воздух. Второй раз приехали, чтобы посетить веревочный парк в заповеднике. Он превзошел все наши ожидания. Много маршрутов, все оборудование новое и надежное. И очень крутые тролерные маршруты с перелетом через горную реку через ущелье. Летом нам сказали сотрудники заповедника туда привезут живых диких животных и можно будет посмотреть на обитателей кавказских гор а также покататься на лошадях.

Сила стихии поражает. Река Белая причудливо "вымыла" себе дорогу в скалах. Есть места, где высота скал достигает 70 метров при ширине реки всего в 2 метра. Поэтому и называется это место тесниной. Виды впечатляющие! Это нужно увидеть! Любоваться красотами можно на разных уровнях: с большой высоты или спуститься к самой реке. Вход на территорию платный - 300 рублей для взрослого. Обрывы отгорожены, спуски и подъемы оборудованы лестницами.

Второй раз был в этом монастыре. На этот раз в воскресенье было много школьников-экскурсантов, по территории походил, поставил свечи за здравие и поминовение близких. Поел монастырских блинов - очередь была очень большая.

В октябре с коллегами по работе после посещения Гуамки остановились в Каменномостском, в кемпинге "Уют". На другой день с утра поехали на канатку. Работает с 10 до 17 часов, билет 600 руб. Поднялись наверх, осмотрелись. Наверху есть чем заняться: Даховский обвал, катание на квадроциклах, джипинг, веревочный парк приключений, пешие прогулки с экскурсоводом или без, смотровые площадки, пещеры и туристический фаст-фуд - чебуреки с адыгейским сыром, разные блины, чаи и т.д. Налюбовавшись видами на Даховскую, Белую, мост через Белую на плато Лаго-Наки, мы выбрали путешествие до скалы Чертов Палец. Хотели поехать всей кампанией, но пока собирались, джипы уехали. Нашли маршрут до скалы в навигаторе, большинство пошли пешком. Мы с племянником Димой остались в ожидании возвращения Алексея - хозяина квадроциклов. Пока ожидали, заказали чебуреки и блины с травяным чаем из самовара, хорошо провели время. Алексей - общительный и приятный молодой человек, рассказал нам много интересного. За 2000 руб мы взяли 21-местный вездеход и в сопровождении Алексея проехали к скале. Обычно это происходит 1 час: 20 минут туда, 20 минут на фото и 20 минут обратно. Место действительно стоит того, чтобы туда съездить или пройти пешком. Погода была чудесная, солнце светило, на голубом небе белые облака - все для фото. С нашей группой мы встретились на скале, вдоволь нафотографировавшись, вернулись обратно. Получили много удовольствия, чего и вам желаю.

The federated State of Adeygea is situated in the North Caucasus Mountains with Maykop, it's state Capital situated on the North side of this beautiful mountain range.
I had the privilege of living and working in the area for approximately two years.
In my opinion the people make the place and this is true of Maykop.
The city is situated on the Belaya or White river, the river is dammed on the south side of town and occasionally at times of heavy rainfall in the Mountains the sluices are opened after a 10 minute early warning sirens are sounded.
My home during the time in the area was the Edem hotel. The Edem has one of the best restaurants in the area and provides the city with a great Wedding venue and meeting point to socialise and dance, either in the open air during summer months and indoors during winter.
The hotel is a family owned business who over the years have extended the hotel to about thirty rooms or more. The garden restaurant is delightful the Gardens are carefully tended and are planted with a wide variety of plants. There are also water features that boast some rather loud frogs that can be heard calling. There are individual booths to accommodate parties of two to forty, depending their needs.
In winter months indoor dining is catered for in various rooms and booths.
Maykop city centre has a large Square in which various events take place shuch as the Honey festival. There are several imposing buildings in Maykop including the Mosque, Philharmonic hall and the state government buildings.
The market in Maykop, is excellent and well worth a couple of days of spare time looking about, I found it fascinating.
Sample the delights of pickled mushrooms, String cheese (Kraft didn't invent this stuff, they've been making it here for hundreds of years). Smoked white fish and a whole host of cooked meats. The fruit and vegetables are really great with tomatoes a speciality of the area.
For the ladies the market has a huge selection of clothing and shoes.
In summer time you must sample the local soft drink made from bread, kvass. It has a unique smell and rase and is sold on most street corners through the summer.
