Renton is a city in King County, Washington, United States. Situated 11 miles (18 km) southeast of downtown Seattle, Washington, Renton straddles the southeast shore of Lake Washington, at the mouth of the Cedar River. While long an important salmon fishing area for Native Americans, Renton was first settled by people of European descent in the 1860s, and its early economy was based on coal mining, clay production, and timber export. Today, Renton is best known as the final assembly point for the Boeing 737 family of commercial airplanes, but it is also home to a growing number of well known manufacturing, technology, and healthcare organizations, including Boeing Commercial Airplanes Division, Paccar, Kaiser Permanente, IKEA, Providence Health & Services, and Wizards of the Coast. As of 2016, the population in Renton is 101,300, up from 90,927 at the 2010 census. Renton currently is the 8th largest city in Washington State, and is the 4th largest in King County. The National Football League's Seattle Seahawks have a training facility in Renton. It is the second-largest facility in the NFL at 200,000 square feet (19,000 m).

Memorial is pretty impressive - fitting for a most impressive musician. But what really struck me were the notes, letters, and gifts left by fans from all over the US. Not sure how often the area is cleared/cleaned but during my visit, there were about a half dozen notes/letters, pizza box and beer bottles, and my favorite - a pair of panties. I think Jimi's memorial is more impressive than Bruce Lee's.

My sister lives on Angle Lake, so she walks her dogs here every day. As a visitor, I really enjoyed the view, the relative uncrowdedness, and the quiet. The park is pretty good sized and most dog-walkers are responsible and utilize the provided bags. The expansion trail currently under construction makes me excited to visit next time.

Great experience at iFly Seattle. I do have scoliosis but it wasn't a factor with flying. I made sure to stretch ahead of time and remain relaxed. That's the key is to "Relax!" The instructor was not only cute, but also informative and made sure my group had the best experience. I was able to do a lot on my first try. Make sure to hydrate as it is a lot of air and you will get dry mouth.

People need to visit to see where our heroes rest. This is a beautiful resting place for our honored dead. They have great ceremonies where the public can participate such as Wreathes Across America where we attempts each year to cover every grave with a Christmas Wreath, or the Veteran's Day Ceremony.

Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park comprises 57 acres of land and water at the southeast corner of Lake Washington, next to the Hyatt Regency where we stayed for vacation. The park presents many water-related recreational activities, including Swimming Beach (open in Summer, not when we visited in January though) but also ground/land activities like Playground (for kids, mainly), Picnic Shelters, Tennis Courts, Horseshoe pits, Sand Volleyball Courts, Botanical Walk, Fishing Pier and Paved Walking/Jogging Trails along the shoreline access to the Lake Washington Loop Trail on Lake Washington Boulevard.

Went there for birthday fun and the prices have risen tremendously. Did enjoy the laser tag, mini golf and their new bowling alley- bowling alley was kept in great shape! The arcade games are ok and no one can ever win the big prized unless you spend a lot of money. The experience lagged with the person who ran the bowling alley who when approached, raised his finger up to our face and said wait, I am busy. Still not quite sure what he was busy with seeing how no one else was around. He then later brought our pitcher of water to the only other people in the alley and would come out in the alley with his phone out playing on his phone right behind us. We went to the supervisor to make a complaint of the treatment and how uncomfortable we felt. The general manager came and spoke to us and basically went on for 10 minutes on how the older gentlemen was a great employee and a member of the church and then he let it slip out that he was part owner. I feel as part owner, you should have the work ethic that you want your employees to have and to never raise a finger in the face of a customer. I have been here before and have enjoyed my past experiences, but this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Kent Station is the best place to take 8 hungry young people. Many food choices for the most finicky eaters. Must be at least 10 different restaurants in easy walking distance and with today's weather?, great to be outside in the NW.

I had a 6:00 am flight that boarded at 5:20. Unfortunately, the lounge doesn’t open until 5:00 am. If the airline wants you there 1.5 hours prior to departure for domestic flights then the Board Room hours should align with the airline’s flight operations. Fortunately, my gate was just a short walk from the lounge so I was able to spend 15 minutes enjoying the amenities of raisin bread toast and a cup of coffee while doing some short computer work in a comfortable and quiet setting.

I was not here to bowl, but for business in a conference room. After concluding my business I went to the bar and ordered an Asian Peanut Salad... it was amazing! Needless to say, I am impressed. What started out as skepticism ended up a very wonderful experience!

It's been an ambition for some time to visit the museum so added in a few days in Seattle on route to Vancouver . It didn't disappoint from the enthusiastic and welcoming volunteers to the hydros all first class . If you have any interest at all in Seattle's history in hydroplane racing you must visit the museum . The work on restoring the hydroplanes is a lo outbox live and it shows . They are rightly proud of their achievements
