This family farm is a good place for homemade ice cream and we often take the grand-kids there when they visit. Inside the store vegetables in season are very expensive. There are cows available for the children to look at while eating their ice cream.

We were here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The owner greeted us and was very gracious and friendly. He explained everything in detail of what we could expect and he even spent time talking to our guests. The two instructors were great, and very competent and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place is small but we did not feel that was a negative. The views on a clear day are fantastic. I would not hesistate to recommend them.

Daniel Webster Wildlife Sanctuary

A beautiful natural wildlife sanctuary. Birdlife is a bit sparse now but definitely bluejays, white breasted nuthatches, hawks and of course the poop machines (Canada Geese) that seem to have taken over. They make walking on the paths a little distracting when one eye has to be on trying to skirt parcels of poop!

Saw deer, crows, nuthatches and hawks this past Sunday. Going early when there are less people about will increase your chances of seeing wildlife.

Beautiful lighthouse and surrounding scenery. I'm a lighthouse fanatic and no matter what state were are in we try to see as many as we can. Loved sitting and watching the boats coming and going, very peaceful. And a great place for taking photos. I loved reading up on the history of this lighthouse, it's very interesting.

Norris Reservation

Hike past a former mill pond, cross a wetlands boardwalk, and explore a forest of pine and oak on your way to a boathouse on the banks of the tidal North River.

Reviewed By jakegreenville - Milton, Massachusetts

This wonderful property is maintained by the Trustees of Reservations. There are well maintained woodland trails that pass scenic ponds and the North River. The walking is easy. You will need insect repellent. No sanitary facilities. The dog policy is prominently posted, but many owners ignore the requirement for a leash.

A fun place for the family. We went during the day with a 3 and 6 year old. There are plenty of things to do. They both had a great time. The place was very clean. Prices are quite expensive if you do a lot of activities. A fun day
