This park is located near the public boat launch at East Fork Lake. It is a scenic area that provides the perfect spot for boaters to enjoy a casual picnic or BBQ before heading out onto the lake or upon return from boating. Covered shelters & several picnic units are available. The large pavilion has electricity. This park also has a disc golf course, playground, fitness walk, & restrooms.

Miller's Grove is located on the south side of East Fork Lake near the dam. This park is complete with 3 covered shelters, electricity, playground equipment and restrooms. It is a perfect place to picnic and take advantage of some great bank fishing. If needing restrooms, please call the Olney City Hall to make reservations for restroom keys.

East Fork Trails is located off of East Fork Lake near the dam and arena. You can then cross Silver Rd. to the sailboat launch area to enjoy fishing and picnicking. The area is good for hiking, biking and horse back riding. Please refrain from using the trails when the orange flag is in place.

Vernor Lake is 45 acres and is used for recreational purposes only. A small wooded park is located on the north side of the lake & is an excellent location for fishing and picnicking. Privately owned cottages line the shore of the lake & the Richland Country Club adjoins it to the north. Boating is permitted on the lake, but motors are limited to 10 h.p.
6. Borah Lake
Cast a line in the prime fishing areas or enjoy an afternoon on Borah Lake! The lake was constructed in 1956 as a water source to replace Vernor Lake. The lake covers 136 acres & is located north of East Fork Lake off of Golf Ln. A beach area for swimming is located near the boat launch area & has a playground. The beach is open daily between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Note: no lifeguards on duty.

9. Bird Haven
This area is located on the south side of East Fork Lake near Miller's Grove. Ridgway was a naturalist, scientist, artist, ornithologist & author. In the 1920s, this tract was said to be the 2nd only to a large tract in Japan in the number of species of plants contained. Dr. Ridgway was buried on a knoll in Bird Haven, marked by a granite boulder. Great for bird waters and nature lovers!
