The Austin Salt Cave is the only Pink Himalayan Salt Room in the Austin area. Our main focus is Halotherapy in our 500sqft Pink Himalayan Salt Room. Halotherapy is great for a variety of respiratory and skin issues from asthma to psoriasis, and is incredibly relaxing (many visitors fall asleep during the session). Sessions start at the top of the hour and are 45 minutes long.

The Austin Salt Cave is A MUST! It is such a relaxing and healing way to spend an hour. The zero gravity chairs are so comfortable and the salt cave has 11 tons of healing pink himalayan salt that softly glows while you chill and feel yourself rejuvenating. Plus, it's right next to a yummy restaurant/wine bar. Perfect combo for a date night or girls night or solo self-care evening.

We were looking for a more updated bowling alley, and we were delighted to find this modern, top notch customer service and upscale bowling facility. Had a great meal at the restaurant and a great time bowling - clean, great lights, great atmosphere!! We will add this place to the top list of fun family things to do in Austin!!!
