Visited the park with my wife this morning and she was so excited she couldn't sleep. It lived up to our expectations and more. The trip from Khao Lak was about 45 mins. We were greeted by a very friendly English guide called Duane. After a quick safety chat we were off to see our elephants. There were only 7 guests this morning and each couple or family had an elephant to care for (under supervision of their real mahouts). The elephants are well looked after and loved. After walking up a hill (you could ride the elephant bareback but we chose not to) you got to prepare a basket of yummy treats for your elephant and then feed them. After this you get to ride or walk with your elephant back down the hill ready to give them a bath. Here's the best bit....you get in with them. You wash your elephant and get to spend time in the pool until they decide they have had enough. Ours rolled on her side loving it and another fell asleep.
After this we got to shower off and then have a really tasty lunch. The final part of the experience is to get to see the baby elephants, from a safe distance.
All in all, a truly fabulous experience...thank you.

This is an absolute must activity! We have been to several treetop parks and this one is the best. They start you with a training session so that you feel confident using the clips and pulley. You are then led through 4 courses starting with simple to hard. There were several kids on our tour (aged 8-10) and they managed to complete them all. The flying bicycle, broomstick and surfboard were so much fun.
The guides were with us the whole way and were such great help and always made you feel confident. The final zip lines on the Black Course are the best. It's about 10m high and long. I didn't want it to end. The red course you have to climb up the rock face using grip handles. So challenging but worth the zip line at the top.
My tip is to take a spare change of t-shirt and things for after the courses as you will sweat like anything, wear runners and tip your guides.

Phang Nga is famous for spectacular scenery with limestone cliffs rising out of green water. There are caves, lagoons and tiny secluded Beaches awaiting discovery.

This was a beautiful tour through caves and into multiple scenic bays and coves. The locals that paddle you through are very informational and will take you where ever you want to go. Definitely recommend it. Only wish I could rate the tour company. I could not find them on this site.

We were lucky to be one of the first boats to reach the Islands and were able to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing surroundings on the beach… with the whitest sand and bluest sea I’ve ever seen. Our tour guide, Arty had told us that we were going to be early there, early lunch etc to miss the big crowds, and he was right! As we saw soon after the many many boats of Chinese tourists that turned up
The one complaint I’d have was there was a young guy with the tour company recording a film and taking photos which they tried to sell at the end. At times he was too much “in our face” and I’m sure other people on the boat wouldn’t have wanted footage of my husband and me in their video. Otherwise, this was a great trip!

20 minutes drive north of Phuket airport. You will find a secret hideout; a 20 km long secluded Natai beach. There're lots of local restaurants to explore. Several boutique hotels and a Michelin star restaurant situated along the beach. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature and local culture.

I've been fortunate to visit several times since it opened and EVERY year there are improvements to the experience. Beautiful accommodations on site , first rate fishing swims, with steps to enter the water for photo opps and new salas. And don't miss the restaurant - amazing food , thai , Ribs, burgers ... makes me hunger writing this.
THE FISHING - 33 landed , 12 species over 5 days fishing.
HUGE carp over 110 lbs, Arapaima 250ish , massive Asian redtail and a variety of others .
The guides were great and everyone a pleasure to deal with.

I love travelling to see temples, but this one was a disappointment. It's not well kept. The front cave holds most of the artifacts and statues. There is nothing in the back cave, although in the entrance to that cave you will find where past King and Queens have left their royal monogram in the stone. Most of the monkeys are well fed to the point they refuse the abundance puff bananas and nuts coming at them.

Khao lak - lam ru national park is actually huge, but we have so little time so we only went to khao lak beach part. The beach itself is nothing like any other Beaches in Thailand. There are rocks everywhere. Although You cannot really swim there, the landscape is amazing to look at.

This was unarguably the best part of our day trip to Phang Nga bay trip, our host/guide named Sulemaan was very informative & helpful. We took package from Great Andaman trips and this experience was really amazing....we were transferred from our ferry to 2-3 seater canoe which was taken inside these majesctic caves with honks all around and this will surely make you feel as if you in Jurrrasic park or Avatar movie. Very interesting to see the amazing creation of nature.

This beach stretches for 11km and is totally unspoiled. Beautiful white sand, warm water, very safe swimming with low waves. Plenty of beach restaurants hidden in the trees.
But be aware Thai law (post 1 Feb 18) forbids hotels and restaurants providing beach umbrellas. Bit there is plenty of shade under the trees.
