Visited with my 3 children, who usually get bored in 5 minutes, however not here! They were enthralled with all the old aircraft/airline memorabilia, the hangar with the military aircraft - even the smell of the engines! Outside there was a Shackleton, and a retired pilot called Mike gave us a wonderful tour and insight into working on one of these beasts. Priceless to hear his stories from all over the world!
There was also a modern day engine that the kids could have a good look in, a simulator to 'fly' with too. All this and then you could take a walk nearer the Gatwick runway and do some plane spotting. Picnic tables there if you want to picnic & plane spot.
£7.50/adult, £2.50 per child, we spent a whole morning here, learned lots and I'd highly recommend - interesting for all ages.

Sadly ruined by the mindless louts (mainly around the skate park area) who do not seem to understand the old fashioned idea of KEEPING BRITAIN TIDY. In spite of there being plenty of litter bins the grass areas are littered with empty plastic drink bottles, cans and carrier bags and in the summer the remains of picnics.
The staff who try to keep it clean deserve a medal!

Everyman Cinema Reigate

Reviewed By Robin S - Reigate, United Kingdom

We've been viewing films at the Screen in Reigate ever since it first opened its doors, more than 20 years ago. We go there because it's small and intimate, the staff are friendly and often unconventional, the seats are comfortable, and because we live nearby.
We went there today to see Three Billboards, on one of the coldest days of the winter, or in more than five years, and we froze! There was no heating on at all, and to cap it all, as we were leaving we saw a pile of blankets standing unused, presumably put there because other patrons before us had complained about the cold. The member of staff to whom we complained afterwards was very sympathetic, but said she could do nothing. Other customers were equally unhappy, and several also complained.
I have three questions to put to the cinema's management:
1. Why was there no heating to give patrons, who had paid a good price for their seats, a comfortable experience this morning?
2. Why were we not warned of the absence of heating in advance, either when buying our tickets, or upon entry to the screen?
3. Why were we not advised of the supply of warm blankets, sitting only yards from us?
I'd be interested to read the reply from the Screen's or Everyman's management.
