The Town of East Hampton is located in southeastern Suffolk County, New York, at the eastern end of the South Shore of Long Island. It is the easternmost town in the state of New York. At the time of the United States 2010 Census, it had a total population of 21,457.

LongHouse Reserve

Located in beautiful East Hampton, New York, LongHouse Reserve is a sixteen acre garden with established lawns, ornamental borders, plant collections and outdoor sculpture, planned by the internationally recognized textile designer, Jack Lenor Larsen. Mr. Larsen, along with the recommendations of the LHR Art Committee, has assembled a collection of over 70 sculptures for the gardens. LongHouse Reserve was established in 1991 and reflects founder Jack Lenor Larsen's desire to encourage creativity in gardening and in collecting and everyday living with art.

Amazing gardens and wonderful place to see. It’s under refurbishment for the winter but the items are still amazing. Recommended

Mulford Farm

The Mulford Farm, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1680 and appears, mostly intact, as it was in 1750. The house features a collection of colonial furniture and objects, and the grounds include a 1721 barn, smokehouse, outhouse, and historic cutting garden.

Pollock-Krasner House and Study Center

Open by advance reservation through October 31. Reserve on our website, pkhouse.org. Admission strictly limited to 50% capacity. Masks and social distancing required. The house, and its adjacent studio, give visitors a glimpse of how artists Jackson Pollock and Lee Krasner lived and worked. A National Historic Landmark.

The Docent was very informative and enthusiastic about sharing the information on Pollock-Krasner. The space gives you a feeling of what it was like to live and work together. Much smaller studio than I would have imagined for such a large figure.

Very beautiful beach, has showers, bathrooms, dressing rooms, very clean and friendly beach. You could park at the main parking in East Hampton town, and they have free shuttles like bus to the beach. Awesome ???? Beach, Love it!

The Lieber Museum is located in a beautiful building on Old Stone Highway. If you're in East Hampton, New York for any reason, take time out to see the most intricate, unique and beautifully designed evening handbags you're ever likely to see. They are wearable art. First Ladies, royalty and many celebrities have bought these handbags or have had one made for them. The story of the designer and how she came to develop this business is so interesting and is emblematic of one of the many privileges of living in America.

Home Sweet Home Museum

The House dates from the first quarter of the eighteenth century. It is situated on the village green in the center of colonial East Hampton. And while you are at it, it is also a perfect time to visit the Pantigo Mill as it stands behind Home Sweet Home. Construction began in 1804. The Hook Mill was built in 1806 and the Gardiner Mill was completed in September of 1804. The timber for the mill was cut from Gardiner's Island. The Gardiner Mill is open by appointment only.
